If the Earth Wasn't Round
These ceramic pieces, shaped in faience, are part of the ongoing series If the Earth Wasn’t Round.
Inspired by the shifting tones of water in the landscapes of memory, this work explores the ever-changing dialogue between water and land.
Through a slow and intuitive process, I seek to translate the movements and tones of the landscape, embracing the natural behavior of clay.
The colors arise from natural oxides, echoing the hues of the surrounding earth.
Each abstract ceramic landscape emerges from chance and transformation, becoming a unique expression of the earth and of calm.
