Welcome!
Discover my transdisciplinary artistic practice — where painting, ceramics, and analog photography intertwine with my lived experiences in the rural, agricultural, and natural landscapes of Alentejo.
My work grows from a deep, personal connection to place, inviting you into the textures, rhythms, and quiet transformations of the land she calls home.

Ceramics: If the earth wasn't round
These ceramic pieces, crafted from earthenware and raw glaze, belong to the ongoing series If the Earth Wasn’t Round.
Inspired by the shifting colors of the Alentejo dams—where I live—this work reflects on the ever-changing dialogue between water and land.
Through a slow and intuitive process, I seek to translate the movements and hues of the landscape by embracing the natural behavior of clay.
The colors arise from natural oxides, echoing the tones of the surrounding earth.
Each abstract ceramic landscape emerges through chance and transformation, becoming a unique expression of earth and stillness.
