Available Abstract Landscape Paintings

This ongoing series of abstract landscape paintings draws on two defining aspects of my life: my experience of agricultural work in Alentejo and the enduring connection to my birthplace, Madeira Island.

Taking the horizon line as the starting point for each composition, these original paintings explore the shifting seasons, colours and textures of the landscape. Through an intuitive process that embraces chance and the natural interaction between materials, each work emerges as what I call an Abstract Landscape — a space shaped by memory and experience, inviting viewers to imagine their own horizons and connections to place.
